If you are dissatisfied with a Product for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] within ten (10) calendar days of the date you received the product and we will either replace the product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may arrange a return or require photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund. We want you to be THRILLED with your Spirulina, anything less is unacceptable and we’ll make it right.
